Delhi Records All-Time High Temperature At 48 Degree Celsius

NEW DELHI — The mercury shattered all data in Delhi with portions of the nationwide capital recording an all-time top of 48 diploma Celsius on Monday.

The town’s earlier top of 47.eight diploma Celsius used to be recorded in Palam on nine June, 2014.

“The Palam Observatory recorded an all-time top of 48 diploma Celsius Monday. The criteria that ended in this are dry westerly winds, no impact of a western disturbance within the plains and intense heating within the month of June,” stated India Meteorological Division regional climate forecasting leader Kuldeep Srivastava.

The Safdarjung Observatory, which supplies authentic figures for the town, recorded a top of 45.6 and a low of 27.2 levels Celsius.
