BJP Fields Gautam Gambhir From East Delhi


NEW DELHI — The BJP Monday fielded former cricketer Gautam Gambhir from the East Delhi constituency and renominated Meenakshi Lekhi from the New Delhi seat, however suspense prevailed on birthday party’s candidate from North-West Delhi.

Barring the North-West Delhi seat, the birthday party has up to now introduced its applicants for 6 of the seven seats within the nationwide capital.

Gambhir has changed Maheish Girri because the birthday party’s candidate and can tackle Arvinder Singh Pretty of the Congress and Atishi of the Aam Aadmi Birthday party (AAP).

Congratulating Gambhir for his candidature, incumbent East Delhi MP Maheish Girri wanted him good fortune for the competition. Girri stated he’ll sign up for Gambhir in his nomination rally.

Lekhi is pitted in opposition to AAP’s Brajesh Goel and Ajay Maken of the Congress.

Speaking to journalists, Raj stated he’ll wait until a press release of the legitimate BJP candidate at the North-West Delhi seat is made sooner than deciding his long run plan of action.

The BJP had on Sunday fielded its 4 sitting MPs from Delhi ― Harsh Vardhan from Chandni Chowk, Manoj Tiwari from North-East Delhi, Pravesh Verma from West Delhi and Ramesh Bidhuri from South Delhi.

The birthday party is but to call its candidate for the North-West Delhi constituency.  

The BJP had gained all of the seven seats within the nationwide capital within the remaining common election.
