ISLAMABAD — India has refused to grant visas to round 500 Pakistani devotees desiring to shuttle to Ajmer Sharif, Pakistan’s Minister for Spiritual Affairs Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri stated on Monday.
The minister stated 5 hundred Pakistani devotees have been to depart for the neighbouring nation on Thursday India has denied visa to them, in keeping with Radio Pakistan.
Qadri stated stated the Ministry has despatched an intimation to all of the devotees by way of SMS after it gained knowledge of cancellation from the Indian embassy.
The Indian embassy is but to go back the passports of those devotees, he stated.
Qadri stated Pakistan has granted visas to five,600 Sikh pilgrims throughout a 12 months, whilst visas have been additionally granted to 312 Hindu devotees, reported Radio Pakistan.
