Supreme Court Holds CBI's Nageswara Rao Guilty Of Contempt


NEW DELHI — The Supreme Court on Tuesday held then appearing CBI director M Nageswara Rao and the Director of Prosecution (DoP) of the company S Bhasu Ram in charge of its contempt and requested them to stay seated within the court docket until it rises as punishment.

The apex court docket imposed a tremendous of Rs 1 lakh every on them for wilfully disobeying its order through shifting CBI joint Director AK Sharma who used to be probing the Bihar safe haven house sexual attack circumstances.

The highest court docket had issued contempt realize towards Rao for shifting Sharma.
