Hindu Mahasabha Leader Among 13 Booked For Shooting Mahatma Gandhi's Effigy


LUCKNOW — The police on Wednesday registered instances in opposition to 13 individuals, together with a girl chief of the Hindu Mahasabha, in Aligarh for firing at an effigy of Mahatma Gandhi with an air pistol, a senior police respectable stated.

The video displays Hindu Mahasabha chief Pooja Shakun Pandey lead chants of “Mahatma Nathuram Godse amar rahe (Lengthy reside Mahatma Nathuram Godse)” ahead of taking pictures on the effigy. Faux blood is observed seeping out of the effigy.
