IKEA has issued an apology to a buyer in Hyderabad after he reported discovering a caterpillar in his meals on the retailer and posted of it on Twitter.
The Swedish furnishings store opened its first retailer in India lower than a month in the past.
Abeed Mohammad posted the image on Twitter on Friday and media stories stated that town’s meals protection officers performed a raid on the corporate’s retailer.

Officers from Hyderabad’s civic frame inspected the premises of IKEA and confiscated meals samples, The Hindu newspaper reported over the weekend.

IKEA stated it had apologized to the client.
