Ganga Kumari, The First Transgender Person Appointed In Rajasthan Police

The Rajasthan Police has appointed its first transgender constable after state Prime Courtroom’s directive.

Constable Ganga Kumari was once appointed as the primary transgender lady constable after Justice Dinesh Mehta issued the order.

Ganga Kumari, who hails from Jalore, had filed a petition within the courtroom when she was once now not given appointment through the Jalore Police Superintendent even after qualifying the examinations.

That is the primary time in Rajasthan and 3rd time in India when a transgender lady has been appointed at a central authority place.
